To claim on the spot rebates, you will need your health insurance card at the time of payment. Alternatively, an invoice will be issued to allow for self-claiming through your private health provider.
You don’t need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, for Medicare rebates, you will need a Medicare Care Plan (EPC) from your GP.
We have a HICAPS machine in the clinic for on the spot claiming. This means that you swipe your health fund card and only have to pay the gap on the day.
You may be eligible for rebated sessions through Medicare. You will need a care plan from your GP to make use of this. Please speak to your GP or contact us for more information.
Please note: Medicare will cover most of the cost, however there will be a small gap fee.
